BIOGRAPHY:

TITOMULK is a duo of visual artists and muralists working for more than thirteen years on canvases, walls and other various supports. Survivors of the world of advertising, they use their cultural differences on a daily basis to draw their inspiration, subjects and influences. The basis of their work, for each artistic statement, is to systematically tell a story putting Humans at the center of it, presenting both their pains and their joys. Thus the spectator creates his own imaginary story through what he sees. To do this, the duo challenges the viewer in three different ways: the accumulation of drawings to access their imagination, references to pop culture which create complicity, and typographic punchlines to complete the immersion.For them, art is engaged. Whether it is the place of women in our patriarchal ecosystem, social inequalities, ecology, the pandemic, or the major contemporary addictions, these are all themes treated both on canvas and in an urban environment, in order to maximize awareness. They regularly take to the streets with the aim of sharing their work and their messages with as many people as possible, in particular with those who, for various reasons, do not enter museums or galleries, and deserve as much as others to access art. Very active in the urban environment which they wish to open to the widest audience, they are called upon for various projects and have notably collaborated with Balmain for sneakers.
