An emblematic figure of the French Street Art scene, Jo Di Bona owes his success
dazzling with his unique technique that he himself invented in the 90s:
“Pop Graffiti”, where he combines collages, various influences of graffiti with Pop
Culture he was deeply immersed in. Modern-day Fauvist, Jo
mixing colors and movements to create faces imbued with poetry and
of emotions. Crowned with the prestigious 1st Graffiti Prize from the EDF Foundation in
2014, he has since continued international exhibitions, performances and
wall frescoes. Jo Di Bona is also one of the first Street Artists in
world to have entered the United Nations headquarters in New York in January
2017, is among the 25 international artists represented in the Art Guide
Urban Contemporary 2019/2020/2022/2023/2024, notably made the front page of the New
York Times and is regularly acclaimed by the media (radio, press, TV, etc.)
Since then, he has had numerous publications in various works of art, released his
first monograph in May 2024 published by Gallimard // Alternatives and was
officially named Ambassador of Volunteers for the Olympic Games and
Paris 2024 Paralympics.
