Jo Little is a self-taught street artist whose journey began unexpectedly while working as a pediatric nurse at Necker Hospital in Paris. It was in this context that he gave birth to his eponymous character, Jo Little, conceived as a guardian angel. This character, with his bright blue sailor top, his blond locks and a heart drawn next to his, evokes a modern figure of the Little Prince, both rebellious and a little pirate. Jo Little began drawing his character on the walls of Paris, with chalk, in 2017, encouraged by a decisive meeting with the creator Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. Since then, his works have become a ray of sunshine in the Parisian urban landscape. With her naivety, optimism and tolerance, Jo Little transforms the little annoyances of life into smiles, offering passers-by a moment of lightness and happiness, as a reminder that beauty can be found in the simplest things. This poetic and benevolent character brightens up the Parisian streets, infusing those who cross his path with a touch of hope and magic, like an invitation to rediscover the world with the eyes of a child.
