For almost five years, the Typist has been publishing short, funny poetic text videos on Instagram. Passing indifferently from canvas to tarmac, she also devotes herself to the practice of stencils, in Paris or elsewhere, surveying France in what she calls her typist tours. This is how we owe him the now famous “Failing your life, that’s already it”, available on multiple media. The young urban poet exhibits in galleries, produces large formats at great height, honors institutional or private commissions and has participated in several group exhibitions and street art festivals. Two years ago, she was invited to take over a room at the Center George Pompidou for a personal exhibition and published Démo d'esprit, a collection of her best aphorisms with Editions Verticales (Gallimard). An artist with multiple hats, with an atypical career in an almost exclusively male-coded environment, La Dactylo has no tongue in her pocket or in her stencils.
