Mosko painted his first stencils in 1989 in the district where he grew up "Moskowa", from which he takes his name.
He recalls his beginnings: "This district of Paris was unhealthy, dilapidated and demolished, but surrounded by vegetation. Inspired, I had a desire: brighten these palisades which were a little sad. "
From the beginning, it was with the animals of the savannah that he gave color to his neighborhood. Then he formed a duo for several years "Mosko and associates".
For Mosko, street art has a social dimension and it practices it as such. Even today he puts his stencils in poor neighborhoods with the same approach as at the beginning, he carefully chooses the place so that his work is not a disruptive element but instead brings a gaiety in the street where he l asked.
In the studio, he pushes his research as a painter. His technique is refined during residencies of successive artists in India with the use of brushes and acrylic paint. And it is a principle to use only recovery media: pallets, metal plates, very little canvas ...
Among his most remarkable achievements to date is his participation in the project of Tower 13, or his fresco of 150 m2 in Montreuil. It exhibits both in France and abroad: London, Beijing, Singapore ...
