Patrick Heughe was born in Ghent, Belgium on January 2, 1952.
He studied Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent.
Then Studies of Graphic Arts at the Higher Institute of Graphic Arts in Ghent.
He then began Photography Studies at the Higher Institute of Photography and Cinematography in Brussels.
