The book "The Montmartre" is a collection of biographies of people and characters who have marked the Butte. It is a tribute to all the people of Montmartre who have made this place a unique place where art, fantasy, and the taste of the party have their place.  We find the abbesses of the time when this territory was that of a large abbey, the families of millers who lived there, Montmartre having been known for its mills, but also the innkeepers, the restorers, the singers who made Montmartre is famous all over the world, lorettes and grisettes, also inseparable from the Butte, traders, celebrities (singers, actors, directors, film characters, composers, writers ...) and all the people who have marked the Butte by their strong personality or eccentricity ... Only painters are not mentioned having had their own dictionary previously.
