Thick contours, abundant and vegetal forms, baroque and sometimes pop bodies, JBC's work is complex, so many inspirations are there. The artist likes to humanize the city and take the audience on its colorful journeys and visual explosions. His paintings and collages mix shapes, colors, and speeches, for a surreal and dreamlike result. JBC gives color to walls and street furniture as much as it gives passers-by thought-provoking, which it takes by surprise.
