It was after studying law and experience in the textile industry that in 1960 and as an autodidact Urbain Huchet decided to devote himself exclusively to painting. He then lived for three years in Pont-Aven, painting landscapes, seascapes, animated scenes and portraits there. He then moved to the Paris region and traveled to the Middle East and especially to America (Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Caribbean, Texas…).
He has made exhibitions in France and abroad (New York, Cairo, Mexico City, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dallas, Washington, Tokyo ...)
